On the second floor of a two story building, it has three AC'd bedrooms on the top floor - a king bed in the master, and two twin beds in the second and third bedroom-. The twin beds can be assembled as bunk beds leaving the third bedroom as an office or third bedroom (you tell us). The screened in verandah allows for outside living and entertaining. 2 full bathroom on this floor.

There are separate laundry room. Perfect for large families.

The beach is shared with a rental home on the beach side of the property. Only the beach is available to tenants.
