It is a 3 story concrete house that can sleep up to 8 people.
It has 3 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 occupies the whole top floor and has views of both the Caribbean sea and the Mayan mountains.
Bedroom 2 and 3 and on the main second floor and have a queen and 2 single beds respectively. All have sea views, so get used to waking up to the spectacular sunrise each morning from your bedroom! Also if required the main couch unfolds to a futon for those extra 2 guests as needed.
The house is equipped with a modern kitchen with all new appliances, as well as a large hand designed and built dining table to fit everyone.
If the ocean doesn't do it for you, no stress! The pool is huge and ranges from the adults section which is 6 feet, to the kids area, just 3 feet. It has a water fountain and lights to use at any time of the night.
The property is nestled between the road and the sea, so no real neighbors to speak of. It is also behind a fully secure 6 foot fence with an electric gate for ease and security.
Just a pleasant 15 min drive to Placencia Point or 40 min to Hopkins. The supermarket is 5 min drive.
This property oozes relaxation and space.
