Just a five minute drive into Placencia Village going south or a five minute drive going north into Seine Bight Village. Twelve minute drive north into Maya Beach. Although not located directly on the beach you do have the view from your verandah. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms gives plenty of privacy and space. Fully equipped kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. Back yard space is huge and fenced. Burglar bars freshly repainted. Under the house sits two large areas for storage. The space is ample for a small car to be stored as well. House has AC units throughout. $1300US plus utilities. Pets welcome with a pet deposit.
